    Service Reviews

    We undertake reviews of current organisational effectiveness as regards both back office services and service delivery. We can then advise on more cost effective approaches; staff restructuring and redeployment; the different models and approaches that may be available; the use of different types of legal vehicles.

    We carry out service reviews of housing, care and support services. These reviews consider issues such as whether services are appropriate to meeting needs, how they should change, and financial issues such as future viability. We often have to financially model alternative scenarios for the provision of services. We also carry out evaluations of new services to assess their outcomes and impact.

    Examples of service reviews we have undertaken include an options appraisals for the reprovision of a large hostel for single homeless people and rough sleepers, a review of a Foyer experiencing considerable levels of voids and an evaluation of a new supported housing scheme based on recovery principles.
