We have considerable experience of the regulatory framework for housing associations and have produced good practice guidance on a number of issues including the legal and contractual relationship between housing associations and managing agents and a code of practice on tenure. We advise both housing associations and managing agents on monitoring requirements and how to ensure that they are effective.

We have a detailed understanding of the new CQC regulations for personal care and advise both authorities and providers on their impact, particularly in relation to community based support services.

We have a comprehensive understanding of EC public procurement regulations in relation to the tendering care and support services. We have advised authorities on issues as such Part A and Part B services, the different tendering procedures and the relationship between personalisation and public procurement processes. We are also familiar with the issue of TUPE and how it applies to tendered services.
