Our work covers a wide range of assignments including strategic policy work as well as the commissioning and procurement of new services, advising on the development of existing services, effecting partnerships and mergers, financial modelling and IT solutions. In particular we have a strong focus on helping authorities and providers implement the personalisation agenda, as well as reviewing preventative services to make them more effective. Civis has offices in London and the South West.

Who We Work With
We are one of the leading consultancy providers in the sector and in 2010 we celebrated our 21st birthday. To date we have worked for over 500 different clients and have undertaken approximately 3,600 different assignments.
Our clients fall into two groups:
Public bodies including central government departments, local authorities quangos, and health bodies.
Not for profit organisations including housing associations and other providers of housing services; organisations providing care and support services and a very wide range of other charities and voluntary agencies.
